The City of Newark invites interested consulting civil engineering firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for various civil engineering services. SOQs and request for information must be emailed by 5:00 pm, January 7, 2025 to Daniel A. Sequeira, PE, City Engineer, daniel.sequeira@newarkca.gov.
